Last updated:Â May 22, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your membership to the Spirit Filled Faith community, your use of the community, training materials, and any related services. Please read them carefully before joining.
By signing up, you agree to these Terms, our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
1. Who we are
The Spirit Filled Faith Community is operated by:
HodgesNet Ltd
Workshed, Unit 5 Carriage Works, London Street, Swindon, SN1 5DG (UK)
Company number: 7727802
Email: team@spiritfilledfaith.com
References to "we", "us", and "our" mean HodgesNet Ltd trading as Spirit Filled Faith. References to "you" and "member" mean the person joining the community.
2. About the community
The Spirit Filled Faith Community is a faith-based membership for Christian entrepreneurs and business owners who want to build their work in a way that honors God. It includes access to training, resources, group discussions, prayer support, and a community of like-minded believers.
Specific features, content, and access may change from time to time as the community grows.
3. Eligibility
To join the community, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate registration information
- Agree to these Terms and our community guidelines (see Section 9)
- Be willing to engage respectfully with other members
We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any membership at our sole discretion.
4. Your account
Your membership is personal to you. You agree to:
- Keep your login details secure
- Not share your account with anyone else
- Notify us straight away if you suspect unauthorized access
- Use only one account per person
Sharing your account, training materials, or community access with non-members is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. Membership and payments
Subscription billing
Community membership is sold on a subscription basis (monthly or annual, as shown at checkout). Payment is automatically taken using the payment method you provide.
By signing up, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Renewal reminders
We'll send you a reminder email before your subscription renews so you have time to cancel if you wish.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we'll attempt to take payment again over the next 7 days. During this time, your access may be suspended. If payment isn't resolved within 30 days, your account will be closed and you'll need to rejoin to restore access.
Price changes
We may change our prices from time to time. New prices will normally only apply to new customers; existing subscriptions will continue at the price you signed up at.
We reserve the right to update pricing for existing subscriptions where needed. Where we do, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the change takes effect. If you don't want to accept the new price, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect and the change won't apply to you.
Taxes
Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as VAT). Where required by law, the correct tax will be added at checkout based on your location.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time. There's no lock-in contract.
To cancel: log in to your account and follow the cancellation steps, or email us at team@spiritfilledfaith.com. If emailing us, please allow up to 7 days to process your request.Â
What happens when you cancel:
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You won't be charged for the next billing period
- You can rejoin at any time, but you may not have access to original pricing or bonuses
- Beyond the 14-day money-back guarantee period (see Section 7), we don't give refunds or partial refunds for any unused portion of the billing period
- Cancellations are effective from the date we receive your request. If you're billed during the processing window, we'll honor your cancellation date and refund that final payment.
If we cancel your membership for breach of these Terms (see Section 14), we may revoke access immediately and no refund will be given.
7. 14-day money-back guarantee and refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, whether you're joining the community on a subscription or buying digital training as a one-time or split-payment purchase. This guarantee is designed to give you full confidence when you sign up, and it also satisfies your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
How the guarantee works
- You have 14 days from the date of your initial purchase to request a refund
- Refund requests must be sent to team@spiritfilledfaith.com
- On acceptance, your access to the community and/or training will be revoked immediately
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days via your original payment method
- For split-payment plans, any future scheduled payments will also be cancelled
What the guarantee covers
- Community subscriptions: the 14 days run from the date you first joined the community. This applies to your initial subscription purchase only, not to subsequent renewals.
- Digital training (one-time and split-payment purchases): the 14 days run from the date of purchase.
After the 14 days
- Community subscriptions: no refunds will be given after 14 days, including on renewal payments. You can still cancel at any time (see Section 6); your access will continue to the end of the current billing period.
- Digital training: no refunds will be given after 14 days.
- UK statutory right to cancel: the 14-day money-back guarantee meets and exceeds your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By offering a full refund within 14 days of purchase, your statutory rights are fully covered, and no separate cancellation request is needed beyond following the refund process above.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where we reasonably believe the guarantee is being misused (for example, repeated sign-up and refund cycles, or where significant portions of paid content have been downloaded, screen-recorded, or otherwise extracted).
8. Access to content
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the community and any training materials for your own personal and business development.
You agree not to, unless specifically given permission or licence to:
- Share, copy, redistribute, or sell any training materials, videos, recordings, PDFs, worksheets, or other resources
- Use our content to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI model
- Use automated tools to download, scrape, or extract content from the community
- Repackage or republish our teachings as your own
- Use our materials to deliver paid training or coaching to others
Breach of this section may result in immediate termination without refund and legal action.
9. Community guidelines
The community is a place to encourage, support, and sharpen one another in Christ. To keep it that way, all members agree to:
Be Christ-like:
- Treat others with kindness, patience, and respect
- Show grace in disagreement, especially on matters of doctrine, denomination, or business approach
- Build others up rather than tear them down
Be honest:
- Don't post anything false, misleading, or designed to deceive
- Don't impersonate anyone else
- Don't share testimonies or outcomes that aren't your own
Be safe:
- No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discriminatory language
- No content that promotes violence, illegal activity, or harm
- No sexually explicit, abusive, or inappropriate content
- No personal attacks on other members
Respect confidentiality:
- What's shared in the community stays in the community
- Don't screenshot, share, or repost others' content outside the community without their permission
- Prayer requests, struggles, and personal stories shared by members are confidential
Don't pitch or recruit:
- No promoting your own products, services, or business opportunities unless in a designated area (where we've explicitly allowed it)
- No pitching, selling, or marketing to members through direct messages
- No recruiting for MLMs, network marketing, or pyramid schemes
- No affiliate link posting
- No solicitation of any kind without our written permission
Stay on topic:
- Keep discussions focused on faith, business, and personal growth aligned with the community's purpose
- No spam, off-topic content, or repetitive posting
- Scripture is God-breathed and inspirational, and we honour it. But this community isn't the place for prolific posting of scripture images, devotional graphics, or YouTube clips as standalone inspirational content. Bring Scripture into your business conversations rather than posting it in isolation.
Keep contributions human:
- Posts, comments, prayer requests, testimonies, and discussions should be your own words, not generated by AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.
- Don't paste AI-generated content into the community as if it were your own.
- Don't use AI to write devotionals, prayers, or scripture interpretations to share here. AI can misquote scripture, miss context, and lacks the Spirit-led reflection that gives our community its life.
- This community is built on real human connection, real stories, and real testimonies. AI content, however polished, doesn't carry the heart of a Christ-follower wrestling with their faith and work.
- If you've used AI as a tool in your business and want to discuss it openly, that's fine. Just be transparent about it.
- Posts that appear to be AI-generated may be removed at our discretion.
On training modules and questions:
- Engage thoughtfully when commenting on training modules
- Ask questions that help yourself and others learn
- Keep feedback constructive and focused on the material
- Don't use the comments section for unrelated complaints, sales pitches, or off-topic discussion
Respect different theological views:
- Christians come from many denominations and traditions, and our interpretation of scripture, doctrine, and practice will vary.
- We don't expect or require members to agree on every theological point.
- Hold your own beliefs with confidence, but also with humility and grace toward those who see things differently.
- Do not publicly correct, debate, or call out another member over their theology in posts, comments, or live calls.
- If you believe something genuinely needs addressing, raise it privately with a moderator first. We'll look into it and handle it with care and discretion.
- Public aggression, accusation, or shaming over theological or doctrinal differences is not welcome and may result in suspension or removal.
- We are united by our faith in Jesus Christ, belief in the living power of the Holy Spirit and the God-breathed scripture in the Bible. Let's keep that as our common ground.
We reserve the right to restrict member access or the ability to contribute to the community for a temporary period of time, and the right to remove any content that breaks these guidelines which may result in the action to suspend or remove any member who repeatedly or seriously breaches them.
10. Live calls and events (where included)
Some membership tiers include live group calls, Q&As, or events. If you take part:
- Calls may be recorded for the benefit of members who can't attend live
- By attending, you consent to being recorded
- Recordings remain the property of HodgesNet Ltd and are subject to Section 8
- Attendance is not guaranteed; if you miss a live call, the recording will be made available where possible
- No refunds will be given if you can't attend a live call or event
We reserve the right to remove anyone from a live call who breaches our community guidelines.
11. Content you post
You own the content you post in the community (comments, posts, questions, testimonies, etc.). By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to:
- Display your content within the community
- Use your content to deliver and improve the community experience
- Quote anonymised insights or themes (without identifying you) for teaching or marketing purposes
We will not use your name, likeness, story, or testimonial in our public marketing without your explicit written permission.
You confirm that any content you post:
- Is your own original work or you have permission to share it
- Doesn't break the law or infringe anyone else's rights
- Follows our community guidelines
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse to display any content at our discretion.
After you leave
If you cancel or your membership ends, any posts, comments, and contributions you made will remain in the community by default so that conversations stay coherent. If you want your posts removed, email team@spiritfilledfaith.com and we'll remove them within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or technical limits.
12. Prayer requests and personal sharing
The community is a space where members share prayer requests, business struggles, and personal stories. We expect all members to treat this with reverence and respect.
- Don't share another member's prayer request, story, or personal information outside the community
- Don't use what others share against them in any way
- Treat sensitive information with care
Serious breach of this expectation will result in immediate removal from the community.
13. Intellectual property
All content within the community... including teaching, training materials, videos, recordings, written content, branding, logos, and design elements... is owned by HodgesNet Ltd or licensed to us. It is protected by UK and international copyright law.
The Spirit Filled Faith name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of HodgesNet Ltd.
14. Termination by us
We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have:
- Breached these Terms or our community guidelines
- Acted in a way that harms other members or the community
- Misused our content, training, or access
- Failed to make payment
- Engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity
- Done anything that brings the Spirit Filled Faith name into disrepute
In serious cases, we may revoke access immediately and no refund will be given.
15. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or spiritual outcomes from joining the community.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HodgesNet Ltd will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or savings
- Loss of data
- Decisions you make based on community content or training
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded under UK law.
If you're a consumer, this doesn't affect your statutory rights.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your content posted in the community
- Your misuse of our materials or services
18. Privacy
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By joining the community, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes set out there, including:
- Delivering the community service
- Communicating with you about your membership
- Processing payments
- Sending you updates, content, and offers (which you can unsubscribe from at any time)
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top and email members about significant changes. Continued membership after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel your membership.
20. Force majeure
We won't be liable for any failure to deliver the community or our services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, supplier failures, illness, internet outages, natural disasters, or government action. Where possible, we'll work to restore service as soon as we can.
21. General
- No transfer: You may not transfer your membership or any rights under these Terms to another person.
- Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Website Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, make up the full agreement between you and us.
- No waiver: If we don't enforce a right under these Terms straight away, it doesn't mean we've given up that right.
22. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
If you're a consumer based in another country, you may also have rights under your local law.
